DIY CNC Rotary Plasma

Looking for someone to help me out. I’m trying to either find a machine reasonably priced (Under $7k) preferably. Or help me get a parts list together to build one.
I just want/need a Cnc Router to cut square Tubing on a rotary drive with Z axis control. I have a lot of jobs that require specific holes, notches, and angles cut in both round & square tubing and the cnc router with a rotary would work great!
