Do you have any more info on the relay board, or more pics?
You should just need to wire one of the outputs from your RnR board, along with 5V and COM.
Can anyone please explain to me how to wire a 5v relay to a usb bob. I have done the installation of the RnRmotion.dll ,all limit switches and drivers are working except relay .please see attached pics of relay, bob and diagram
Thank you in advance

putting together data from various web sites this is as close as I can get to the circuit of the dual relay board
with the jumper JD connecting the two VCC terminals
on the 4 pin connector
you will need to connect a 5V supply to the VCC & GND terminals
the GND needs to be connected to the USB controller GND and output to IN1 (or IN2) on the relay board

PS
do you have a link to a manual for the 4 Axis Interface Driver Motion Controller ??
assuming the part of the board with the micro controller is powered by the USB port
it's not clear from the photo how the opto-isolated outputs and inputs are powered or
what the IC next to the four outputs is
can you read the part number ?

found a photo on the net that shows the 16 pin IC connected to the outputs is a ULN2003
pdf data sheet
ULN2001 to ULN2004.pdf
terminal DCM (next to input IN1 ) looks like the positive supply for the input & output circuits
going by the value of the resistors on the pcb it should be OK with +24V
the negative supply being the common connection for inputs IN1 to IN4 and outputs out1 to out4

update
after finding more a detailed view of the board
this is the input and output connections on the board
with this information the answer to the original question
the e-stop or limit switches are connected between the common DCM terminal and one of the 4 inputs (IN1 to IN4)
the relay board's GND needs to be connected to the motion controller DCM
one of the motion controller open collector outputs (OUT 1 to OUT 4) needs to connect to
one of the relay boards inputs (IN 1 or IN 2)

hi all
some body know, how I can connect the limit switch in this board bsmce04-pp, and also I want to connect Diode Laser, which is the correct connection the lase is PWM or TTL
thanks, AR
hi John good afternoon
I want to add one laser as the link bellow.

I am not sure how to connect it in my CNC 6040, the is the board pcb that's it have see attach picture
hi John Good afternoon
My laser is different it is for TTL and PWM, but I want to know how I need connect it, want to control the intensity directly from my control.

I know this thread is old but for heavens sake man who taught you how to wire?
