THC up or down signal active error

I run Mach3 and keep getting error "THC up or down signal active. Clear it first". I cannot reset or clear it.

The only way to continue is to shut down Mach3, shut off brain box and reboot computer.

Can anyone tell me what is causing this error and how to fix it?

Yes, Your THC is sending an UP signal when it should not. That siganl (and the DOWN) should only come on when the Z is supposed to raise the torch . Signal from THC should only be active when the THC is supposed to be active (Torch is fired and THC is enabled)
