Mitsubishi type MDS-B-SP-110 (burned part)

I have a customer who has a Mazak vtc20b with Mitsubishi control, the Z drive had a hardware problem. The power IGBT module is totally burned, I tried to get the part number of the module but unfortunately the label is burned too and I cannot read the IGBT module part number.
If can anyone help me with that IGBT module part number that will be great?
