Cnc Router ncstudio to motion controller

So, I bought a router with standalone pc and ncstudio. I have Solidworks and will have cam works shortly so I wanted traditional motion controller to just handle through gcode.
I need help with wiring. Red board is router board. Green board is motion controller connectors and attached is also a pic of back of machine. Anyone got any idea how to convert this?
