Calibrate Axis in NCStudio with a JCUT1503B

Hello.
Im New here :-)

We have buy an used CNC Router, its a JCUT1503B. The Router comes with an PC with Software: NCStudio.
We draw the CAD Drawings on Estlcam an save as ".nc"
Now the Problem: The cutted pieces are smaller or bigger than the drawings. I think that we must calibrate the X an Y Axis new. But HOW ?
I´m know where found the Motor Parameters, but i dont know how calculate the right values.

Maybe anyone can help me ?!?!?
