Finding new manual and driver for this chinese controller

Hey ppl, i bought a cnc controller who doesnt have manuals/drivers in other than chinese, and i'm pretty much stuck with it as sending it back to china would cost me the same as the board itself.
Does anyone ever playied with a board like this?

Gonna provide some pics of it, and a link to the chinese material. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
