China breakout board with charge pump

I bought china made breakout board LPT with charge pump module fitted but I dont know how to use it.

I tried to ask the seller but he doesn't know....
Does anyone got any idea how the charge pump works on the board (how to connect it)??

The charge pump can be used to Enable On / Off for all Drives and Spindle as a Safety circuit , most don't use it as they use other ways to create a safety circuit

The Charge Pump circuit would turn on a relay that could be used to Enable your Drives Spindle Etc, or could also be connected into the Estop circuit also
