(5 axis breakout board) Want to add a relay module and a charge pump . . .

I have been searching and trying different things for the last month and I would really like some help! Here are the two main questions I have.
1) How can I add an additional relay module? Adding a marker/scribe so need another relay
2) I'm using the fixed relay on the board right now to trigger a plasma torch. How can I can disable the relay on the board from tuning on, It clicks on for roughly a second when power is applied on boot up though the usb/parallel port. Charge pump? If so how would I wire one up to this board?

I'm running mach 3, I'm using a generic 5 axis breakout board (See pictures below) with a cncdrive uc100, I have a dual relay module ready to wire up just need some help with wiring and setting up ports and pins.
