How much Ink to fill an area at 20% ink *** Mathematical Brains required ***

OK, my Brain isn't the best at my age lol I'm trying to work out my Costs for printing using a UV Printer.

Ink per Litre is $50
Ink % is set to 20%

So I'm just basing this on a Square 100x100mm so if I was to print a Solid Colour eg. Red at 20% I'm needing the amount of ml of Ink would be used. I know I could wild guess it and say $0.50 but I'm going to use the correct value so that I can price jobs up to 600mm by 300mm so yes the 100x100mm might sound silly but I thought it would be the base cost.
