I'm working on a project to use the Gecko G540 on a ZenBot4896 to control a Zhong Hua Jiang Spindle Motor with vCarve Pro via Mach 3..

I'm currently using Easel to output G-code files and loading them into Mach 3 for milling various substrates..

I'm able to program/reset the spindle motor VFD for testing after reading the manual..

I'm currently capable of programming the VFD to drive the spindle using the VFD keyboard arrows or Potentiometer dial..

I'd like to understand how to start, stop and vary the speed of the spindle automatically during milling operations..

I'd like to understand how to calibrate the machine and output simple large sculpture models to multiple milled sheets of foam for assembly..

Thanks for any help..
