Unhappy Gecko G540 Red Led Issue

    Hi All

I am in need of help (pulling my hair out).
Recently acquired a Denford Easimill with some issues mainly the VFD had expired and the wiring looked suspect.
The control used a GECKO G540 for 3 axis.
I have re-wired checking the Green led was lit at each stage.

My problem is the Gecko will only allow me to plug in one axis.
It doesn't matter which motor(X,Y,Z) nor does it matter to which axis.
As soon as I plug in more than one motor the led turns red.
I have tried replacing the motor DB9's checking the solder connections as I went.
Can some kind person with greater knowledge than me help me troubleshoot or advise where I may get some, I am based in the SW of the UK.

    Thanks in advance.

    Wobbler,
Having converted a 6040 from the chinese parallel BOB to the G540, it took me a while.
Here is a link to a brick of photos of the wiring.

There must be a jumper from ground (pin 12 on the right) to VFD ground (pin 7 from the left).
Looking at and studying how my wires go out may be useful, may be not.
Also the 'charge pump' switch must be off if I remember correctly.
But it is the help I can offer. Perhaps some photos from your setup to help us troubleshoot.
