Gecko 201 Mounting Screws

How do you access (install) the Gecko 201 mounting screws located under the terminal block?
It does not seem possible to get a tool in there with the limited clearance.
Any advice would be appreciated.

The terminal blocks are on pins and can be lifted off. Just grab the edge of the block and lift straight up.

I looked at the underside and saw solder joints. Assumed it was one piece.
