    Default bad cnc

    Hi

I have had my hobby cnc for several years where it has run well. But now it has started to mill toolrun number 2 offset by the 1st (see bottom arrow)

In addition, it makes a bow to an almost straight milling (top arrow)

It is as if toolbar No. 2 when the milling iron has to run several laps to remove the material moves in my y axis.

    I'm driving Mach 3 and g540bad cnc-pis-jpg

    Anyone who has a bid?

    Sincerely

    Henrik

It's probably a mechanical problem. Check to see if a coupler between the motor and leadscrew is coming loose on the axis that's misbehaving. If your machine uses rack-and-pinion drive, it could be a loose pinion gear.
