I am not a machine operator but I believe the D offset is picked up by the G41 or G42. or are you already using this?
What was wrong with the servo's, by the way?

I've been away from CNC machine for about 4 years and the show I work at just got a CNC mill. The problem I am having is that I can't get the cutter radius compensation to initiate. The machine has a Fanuc 11M controller. I'm not sure if I am inputting the radius offset in the correct location. Do I just input it in the same offset pages that I use for tool length compensation?
EG. using tool 27 I'm using TLO H27 and CRC D77. H27 being -10.000" and D77 being 1.000" for a 2" dia. tool. Our machine has offsets 1 through 99 but Im not sure if there is a separate offset page for diameter offsets. Can anyone help me out?

I got the CRC figured out. Thanks for replying Al. One of the boards in the back was faulty. We're running the y axis off the A axis board until we can get a new board or this one repaired.
You should only have to enter the radius value into the offset page (after the R or T). It could be possible that the parameter for tool comp is not turn on. I think it is Parameter 907.6.
