I have a single line macro entered via UGS's Machine/Edit Macro. It includes a Prompt command (see attached UGS1). When the macro runs the prompt shows ((see attached UGS2) asks for a Z value, after entering a value the macro continues without error.
If I add a similar code a multi line .nc file (see attached UGS3) I get an error (see attached UGS4). I am using GRBL and Arduino UNO to control the CNC machine.
How can I get an .nc file with a prompt to work?
Once I get the prompt code sorted I will attempt to use it in a probe code to enter the tool bit diameter.
