    Why when I export a gcode from my laptop using inkscape it exports it incorrectly and when I export it from another laptop with the same exact method it exports it correctly

    I'm not an Inkscape user. But if exporting the same file from different laptops gives different results, then its likely that the program settings/configuration are different on each laptop. So you will have to check/change those to make them the same.
