Why not use Aspire to create the tool paths ?
Is it some kind of trial version of Aspire that can't post tool paths?
You all know I am just beginning this Craft, And NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET!!
I tried to Post the Tap file, NO GO, I tried also to Post the Aspire Vetric File Still NO GO. Files too Big Or Wrong Format or something wrong,
So I went back and Copied a bit of this file to post, It is actually over 17,000 lines, So Just Posting a few to show What I am Saying here,
This is the Back Machining of a Les Paul Guitar, . I took the Vectric File and Opened it in Aspire, I then proceeded to Change it to a DXF File, Then opened file in Lazycam and Selected ALL Layers. Then Created and saved G-Code, Everything Looks GREAT when running the files. EXCEPT the Z-Axis, I am used to setting up the Z-axis to cut the depth of cuts per pass. This file through the complete sequence all you ever see from the Z-axis is +1.00 Or 0.00 . I am Dumbfounded here.
Be glad to send you the complete files and let you take a look if you want, just send me an email : cubsfan1953@yahoo.com
All the way through 23 minutes of running on Simulator The Z-Axis will move from +1.00 to 0.00 and that is is.
I don't know what I am Doing wrong,
Thanks My Guru friends,

Anyone who says "It only goes together one way" has no imagination.
Hi,
It is hard to understand your process but from what I understand an import/export of a dxf file is involved.
Dxf format may be reduced to 2D during importing or exporting, losing the Z axis data.
From 2D geometry back to Gcode you will then have a reset of the Z axis coordinates, from what I see a Z1.000 for rapid move to a Z0.100 for approach and finally Z0.000 in feed.
Thank You Lucas,
I finally Got the Back Procedure Figured out, And Ran The Code in Simulation, And everything looked good,
Except the setup of material is set Long Side in X-Axis, My X-Axis is Short, So I need to figure out how to Change to Y-Axis for the Long Side,
But I'm NOT giving up, The New CNC Build I'm Doing is a Much larger working area, But I'm Still Several months from having it completed, LOL

If the whole file have the same structure as the sample you posted, you can do that with a "regular expression" search and replace in text editor (with notepad++ for example)
search for : (X)([0-9+-. ]+)(Y)([0-9+-. ]+)
replace with : X\4Y\2
It will swap X and Y coordinates in the whole file (with mirroring the geometry)
It looks like you may have the G42 cutter compensation set up incorrectly. It's usually supposed to be on the same line as a motion command. See: LEARNING CNC STRATERGIES AND TIPS: G40 G41 and G42 Cuttercompensation
