Gcode for milling a hole from the center

Hello,
The CAM software I use (Cut2D) does not allow to mill a hole from the center, it always start from the inner diameter.
I would like to mill a bigger hole around an existing one so that the head of the screw will 'enter' the material as shown in this picture.



Can someone provide me the appropriate Gcode to do that?

The parameter are :

• Origin : center of the hole
• Tool diameter : 3.17mm
• Feed rate: 400 mm/min
• Cut pass: 0.5mm
• Plunge rate : any because the tool will plunge in the existing 6mm hole

G02 for CW circular interpolation and G03 for CCW circular interpolation.
One code would be needed to reach the OD, making an arc, and the next code for complete revolution, machining the OD.
