How add avatar?

Hey guys, I've been trying to upload an avatar and am following all of the required constraints (96x96) but am still getting the unable to save image message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bump as well.

I'm unable to add avatar 50x50 and < 5kB per requirements. JPEG or PNG or GIF will not work.

Error writing file when use a link and Cannot save error when uploading from computer.. Please help!
