    Default New Flashcut Install

Hi Guys, I just made the leap over here to Flashcut. I have been having problems with Mach and finally had enough. I just installed my Flashcut, but I don't have any motor movement. I am sure that I did not set something correctly. I am using a PMDX-122 BOB, I have an adapter that the hus at Flashcut wired up for me, Gecko 203Vs and stepper motors. Anybody have any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

surprised you went to flashcut ,as flashcut is not widely used in cnc plasma.
we use flashcut and wish we didn't .As far as i can see torchmate is the only user of flashcut.
We really could use a check on our settings

check the pmdx board jumper jp3. is it set to non e-stop fault. if that is not it try with out the breakout board. i am not for sure what else the pmdx has for interfacing. I am not a big fan of breakout boards.

That was the problem, I am using Flashcut for a CNC mill. So far I like it, but it's still early in the game. One thing I have to say is that Ron at Flashcut has been very helpful and has spent as much time as necessary with me to correct any issues that I had.
