Has Fineline Automation ghosted?

Has anyone else out there had a problem getting in touch with anyone at FLA? I ordered two motors a month ago that have still not arrived. They took my money, of course, but will not return any emails or phone calls.

Nate, if you are reading this, my patience has run out. I am a day or two away from initiating a fraud case against you with my bank. Do the right thing and take care of this.

Do you have a fix in the the works for the Saturn rails not being flat and level? I haven't gotten a response to my emails or texts or returned phone calls. Just want to know if I'm on my own if the bearings don't hold up.
