Where are my parts???

I hate to have to do this on a public forum but I'm getting nowhere through email and its hard for me to get on the phone during business hours. Reading through some of the posts on the shipping and response times is a bit disappointing. I put an order in through Fineline's website on 3/9 for three lengths of gear rack and three gear reduction drives. I got a confirmation the day I ordered on the drive pulley selection but not a word since. I mailed asking for an update after two weeks and again at the third week with no reply. Just looking to get my parts asap so I can begin my table build.

Nate, if you see this, please let me know about the drives and gear rack heading to NJ purchased on 3/9.
