    Hope you can help?
We get 3d outline contours from our programming department.
When I load them into the isograph then calculate the tool paths and start the program then the machine jerks weirdly.
    What could be the problem?

    Hello,

Try the following: run with an offset the outline as a zero contour as an Nc program in the W-axis (CQA WP +50.). Not over the Isograph but over the CNC.
Meaning with EXCECUTE START PROGRAM. If the outline runs without jerking then the problem is connected with Isograph. In that case you should demand a new software at Fidia- then it’s a software error...

You can also try another alternative: Change the Look Ahead parameter- but there are more details needed!

Do you have a Fidia machine or just a Fidia controller with other equipment manufacturers.

Have a look then I can tell you the necessary instructions .............

Oh yeah software version is also helpful
