    Hi,
    Need help with making a program for milling a feed screw using a 4th axis.
    Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

    Hi, It's a nylon feedscrew with pockets suitable for 4" diameter bottles.
    We have a 4 axis VMC machine and have featurecam but cant figure out the programing for it.
    We can procure the necessary tools to cut it but were thinking of using a 8 or 10mm ball nose cutter.
    Do you want me to upload a drawing?
