FANUC OM (420 servo alarm:y axis detected)

Hi everyone I'm facing 420 servo alarm in my FANUC OM CNC machine.
Actually today morning when I power on the machine it's was showing battery problem because of this I lost the parameters of machine but I have saved this parameters in my Pc, after replacing the battery I transfer all parameters to machine but still this alarm is there.
Kindly suggest me how to solve this.
