    Default fanuc ex alarm

I have a problem with a lathe on a Fanuc stand. After finishing the work, the machine returned to its original position, and something like a black screen with numbers appeared on the screen. I turned off the machine, and now it gives four errors. Could you help me figure out what these errors are and how to fix them?

These alarms come from ladder. MTB programmed them. But usually text follows them.
Look for description in manual for machine tool. Or upload your ladder file and probably we would reveal you a meaning

Is very important the first part of your message as a black screen is ussualy appearing on a Fanuc controller when is short on the 24v DC and the controller halt with black screen
after you recover you have now some alarms that comes from the I/O unit-it means input/output module
so i am guessing that a short from a wire blew up a fuse in a I/O module and you need to check and change it
If the fuse will bow again it means that you still have a wire thta goes to the ground in the 24V DC circuit so you need a good electrician to chek it out
    good luck
