Default Fanuc 0MC doesnt run in MDI or AUTO

    Good day,
I have a 1996 Chiron FZ12S, Machine homes OK, and the spindle worked. Only thing I had a problem with is the tool changer that didnt want to change the tool. As I was trying to solve the toolchanger issue, after turning the machine OFF and ON again now I have "Cycle stop" LED on all the time, and I cant start the spindle with MDI anymore, or when I enter M6 T2 for a tool change nothing happens. Both "Cycle run" and "Cycle stop" LEDs are on.

...low Way lube oil, Air pressure possible, Tool Changer not referenced to Home position?

Hi, thank you for your input.
No way lube, Air pressure like it was before. Basket tool changer is up.

I dont get any alarms but I get some messages under:

    OPERATOR INSTRUCTIONS
    Nr. 2015
    EMERGENCY STOP DURING TOOLING CHANGE

    And second:
    OPERATOR INSTRUCTIONS
    Nr. 2000
    SPINDLE TOOL NO. 1

Currently its tool nr. 1 installed in the spindle.
I have a problem with the changer it doesnt want to lower the basket with the tools so I tried to change the tool in manual mode but It wouldnt work so I turned OFF the machine and turned ON again. And I think thats when the MDI mode wouldnt work anymore and cycle stop LED is on.

The tool changer is basket type and the machine is CHIRON FZ12S 1996.

...there must be a way to Step the Tool Changer thru it's sequence of events, because it's out of position sounds like. It would be some type of Override Mode done with the CNC Control. Look in your Maintenance Manuals maybe for the codes.
