hello i have Amada pega 345 with fanuc 04pc system im having a problem with the striker hitting hard enough to punch a hole idk what the issue is its getting air pressure and oil pressure seems like the tool travel isnt enough like its just tapping the top tool not hitting like its supposed to i have tried everything short of taking the entire thing apart im not a mechanic and we dont employ one so its learning time over here any help would be appreciated

The clutch is hydraulic or Peneumatic?
Do you hear any noise from belts while hitting?
Did you check tool height?
Did you have any tool crashes recently? Like hitting on clamps or not putting punch and die in same angel?
Does the stripper reach top of the worksheet while punching?
