Most (if not all) have the hardware configuration displayed on a SERVICE screen. The OPTIONS can be displayed on controls before 2007, but no information is displayed.

I'm not asking for a way to hack Fanuc Control parameters. My question is about inspecting used machines before purchase. Is there an easy way to query the control to see what control options are or are not enabled? Such as looking up if a machine has certain features enabled or disabled such as Custom Macro, High Speed Machining, Coordinate Rotation, Canned Cycles...? Other than trying out a command and seeing if it works, or looking up specific parameter numbers that may be hidden and inaccessible. I know you can always call the machine manufacturer with the serial number, but they aren't always helpful and they may not know if it had been messed with.

It is there in the diagnostics, but you need a cross reference list with the order #.
