hello friends .
I'm electronics technical. maintenance electronics board and make modification and solution for old system. hardware and software. I have fanuc o-tc series control.i found some problems in hardware. 1st problem makes cut off for battery line. so it's lost parameters. My customer don't have back up to parameters just have the parameters manuals .
trying input all parameters manuals but didn't work also The operator's panel didn't work and unable chiose edit or automatic mode because this mode touch key's in The operator's panel not select switch. so I'm need back up file to sending it with laader or dnc to control. after it's working we can edit different parameters.

And when erase this eprom and on The control give me massage 1- load pmc \3-run\4-run without pmc .and when press 1 Wait The file form pc. And I insert the diagnostic parameters 300-to 400 .but The control need packup file form PC

What is the make model of the machine?
Find out if still in business, if this was done with a private retrofitter, then you may have to get it recommissioned.
