Need help for solving "1140 CNT1 Error" in Fanuc Oi controller

I have VMC used Fanuc Oi-MC controller. It occurred an error: 1140 CNT1 Error", and showed message: "MAG. Counter Not = 0 Error". Anyone help me to solve this problem?
