Need info for Renishaw installation in Fanuc D21LiA5 and LiB5

Hello

We have to install 2 Renishaw OMI-2/OMP-40 (Spead Skid options are installed) and have some questions :
How do I know If I need or not the High Speed Skip Terminal Block ?
How many I/O I need with the OMI-2 ? 4, 6 ?
I heard I need some activation codes for the Renishaw, or program ... is it option codes or specific program ?
Where can I find them ?

Why don't you call Fanuc to help you intsall the Renishaw in that 2 Robodrills?
