SCHAUBLIN 100 CNC vertical center error tool magazin

Hello, I have a SCHAUBLIN 100 CNC vertical machining center. The problem is that the magazine with the tool is blocked.
Control is FANUC 0i-MC. There is no error on the display, only the ATC light is on. The machine does not go to the reference points, the ATC alarm is constantly activated, it cannot be reset with the RESET button. I checked the limit switches on the tool magazine, they are correct, the magazine is in a good position. There are two inductive sensors for the tool position on the magazine spindle, both are activated. Does anyone have an idea where the error is.

Solved, Due to a bad power supply, the 24v dc machine was losing the order of the tools.
Fixed power supply and reinserted tool parameters.
It works now

Now I have another problem on the same machine.
When drilling a hole, the number of revolutions of the spindle decreases, there is no power.
If I go with the drill 10 mm after the drill enters the material two to three millimeters, the spindle stops completely.
The machine does not throw an error.
I checked, there is no slipping on the belts.
