We have a dual spindle Hwacheon controlled by a Fanuc Korea O-T Series controller. On the right spindle we cut two different parts using two programs. The machine has been running fine until last week. After the first program is finished, the door opens, then immediately closes and starts to run the same program. It's not recognizing the "P" code to switch to the second program AND not close the door until the cycle start button is pushed. Could there be a parameter that has been switched? The only incident happening prior to this issue was a newbie accidently leaned against the e-stop button.
