FORTUNE V-TURN 16 TURRET LIGHT FLASHES AND JUST ROTATES

Please help! I have an old V-Turn 16 that is giving me problems with the turret index. The index light is flashing and every time i try to index, the turret spins and does not stop at the selected position (position select switch) it will just continue to rotate until the reset button is pressed. This is a FANUC 0T control) This machine does not have any keep relays that i can find. I have verified signal on all prox switches for this unit. There is 4 total. three counters and one clamp/unclamp switch. I also verified all relays are functional, i just don't know what the procedure is to reset home position on the Tool 1 pot. any help would be greatly appreciated.
