fanuc 10m rs232 connection with pc

Hi! I am using a Dahlih mcv 610 machine with fanuc 10m control unit. My problem is connection with pc. I want to send big programs with flow control.While the machine is in read mode,i send the program but nothing happens.i am using a software named Cncedit.After i sent the program,in the machine menu just the read sign flashes.The machine does nothing.I dont know where is the problem? The machine parameters or in the software settings or rs232 cable?I am using these parameter settings and these software settings which i found them from inthernet.I uploaded the wiring diagram of the rs232 cable and the software which i am using.I dont know what to do.Can anyone help me who has some information about these kind of problems.

1.11- Baud: 4800
1.12- Data Bits: 7
1.13- ASCII Even
1.14- Stop Bits: 1
1.15- Handshake: XON/XOFF
