Fanuc Pro P changes IO setting

Hi all, i have a new to me machine that changes the IO channel to 15 automatically after i load a program. super annoying to go back and change it to channel 4 every time i load something. Is this a parameter that is turned on? havent seen anything in the book so thought id ask here. Machine is a 2013 Makino PS95 with the Pro P controller.

P.S. Makino is no help on this without consulting an applications engineer. $$

Makino has custom software which has the ability to control this setting. (not saying that they are) Can you post the ladder? I can verify if they are doing it that way.
