I have been having a problem with my femco machine when doing tool change,it will show two alarms,1st will be tool change error,and then the second one will be SV0410 position deviation
Watch the position error diagnostic during the tool change. Hard to say exactly without the control type but I suspect it will be Diagnostic 800 area. They should be pretty stable.
If you see them increasing during the tool change start with the simple things.
Is the TC arm impacting the affected axis?
Is the tool unclamp weak and the arm is pulling an axis?
Hard to be any more specific without knowing TC type sorry.
Before jumping to parameter changes I would check the motor brush's, gain pots on the drives etc. With the weather and humidity changes, it wouldn't be unheard of for pots to need adjustment.
Speculation, but I suspect the 410 alarm is root and the TC alarm is a result.
