Tool changer is not aligned to spindle

Good morning, We have an Anderson Exxact Router and the tool changer is not aligning to the spindle. Does anybody knows who to fix this? Thank you!

How is the alignment off?
If the axis is high or low and G28 is used as part of the exchange routine you may have jumped a grid.

The tool hits the outside of the spindle, unfortunately is about 1/8 off from center
