Mitsubishi Gear Hobbing NC Unit files Required.

Hi everyone. I have a Mitsubishi Gear Hobbing Machine with Fanuc 18-M control.
One month ago my machine NC Unit was damaged and now i have installed new NC Unit but in NC Unit no files are installed and i also don't have backup of files. I have attached the pictures of machine. Please anyone can provide me the files of same machine and same control.
For a month ago, my machine is still off because NC unit is Empty.

i aslo contaced the manufacturer of machine, when i provide them the serial number of machine they said that they also don't have any backup of this machine.

please help me, I'm in trouble.
