Default Alarm 12 Over current Power Circuit

    Hello,
    I have alarm SP9012 (S1)SSPA: 12 OVERCURRENT POWER CIRCUIT from Spindle Amplifier aiSP15 A06B-6141-H015#H580.
    I checked:
-power cable from Spindle Amplifier to Spindle Servo Motor and it is good.
-I measured insulation resistance with Megohm meter from spindle servo motor and it is ok .
    On Spindle Amplifier aiSP15 A06B-6141-H015#H580 I have alarm 12.
After Spindle amplifier I have a star delta circuit and I measured cabels and relays and they are good.
I opened the Spindle Amplifier but I dind't find electrical diagram for:
    -IGBT A50L-0001-0374 6MBP160RUA060F-01
    -OKAYA PC63D630-225K

    OKAYA PC63D630-225K:
    I measured capacitance from pin1 to 2 = 2.07 uF
    pin 2 to 3 = 0
    pin 1 to 3= 0
    I didn't find electrical drawing.
If someone has changed one of this maybe can help me. (Please check the picture)

    IGBT A50L-0001-0374 6MBP160RUA060F-01:
    I measured:
    From P to W,U,V-0.42V
    From N to W,U,V-0.42V
    From P to B- 0V
    From B to N- 0V
If someone has changed one of this maybe can help me. (Please check the picture)
    I didn't find electrical drawing

Some advice will be appreciated for what to change.

You checked the motor power cables and motor separately for insulation? What were the values? Did you check the phase-to-phase resistance of the motor? It should be basically 0, like 0.3ohms.

Also check each phase to ground. You shouldn’t get a reading, but if you do, then your motor is shorted to ground and is shot.

I’m assuming you haven’t changed any spindle motor related parameters, correct?

I highly doubt you’re going to find the wiring schematic for the spindle drive unit online. If you’ve ruled out the motor being the problem then an AL-12 is almost certainly indicative of the spindle drive unit having some sort of internal fault.

    Hi,
    Motor power cable-ok
    motor insulation-ok
    phase-to-phase resistance of the motor-ok
    I didn't change any parameters.
