Robofil 330F (1998) with Fanuc 18i-WA: control computer cannot load completely

Loading process stops at the EXECUTION ???? NOT-READY message, which can be seen in the first photo
The diagnostic screen in the second photo indicates 14 WAITING FOR RESET. ESP. RRW. OFF: 1 which we believe should be :0?
Would anyone know where we could send for diagnostics please?

What is said on the servos setting screen? Is there any alarm message?
Those ?????? usually appear when E-stop is active. So maybe any other switch in security circuit is open...
