Fanuc 16i Problem 920

I have a big problem
The machine is in error attached image and do not know how to solve it.
I changed the card but the problem persists.

From Fanuc maintenace manual:
A watchdog error or RAM parity error occurred in the circuit on an axis control card.
Alarm 920 indicates that either of the above errors occurred in the control circuit for axes 1 to 4. Alarm 921 indicates that either of the above errors
occurred in the control circuit for axes 5 to 8.
The axis control cards, CPU card, or motherboard (main CPU board) may be defective.
You may have to swap/replace any of: the axis control cards, CPU card, or motherboard (main CPU board).

It is ok to dismantle the motherboard with worry to erase the machine data and parameters. Is there instruction on how to replace the motherboard and axis card. Thankx

I have also problem with 921 alarm. Do you have instructio on how to replace motherboard and Axis Card. Thankx
