Hitachi H-CUT 304N SYTEM ERROR 906

Hi
I have an issue finding PARAMETER TABLE for H-CUT 304N. Please help if you have same machine.
Initial problem was System error 906 Fault in bubble device(Many defect loops)
The machine is Hitachi H-CUT 304N with Fanuc System 6M controller

That error requires a reformatting of the bubble memory; that may not be possible if the board is defective. After reformatting or replacing the parameters, programs, offsets etc. will have to be restored from a backup, files or printed.
