Cobo 20 operator message 2004

I got an operator message 2004 on cobo 20 with fanuc 21i-m fanuc control
And with this issue I can't run MDI or dnc
The.message with Italian language and it means search for zero axis point and I made ref for all axis
The message say with Italian (cercare punti zero assi)
Can any one help

Can you post your ladder? Message 2004 is being displayed because an "A" coil has been turned on in the ladder. Once you find that coil then you can find the solution. I start with the PMC status page and see which A coil is turned on. Then I search that A coil in the ladder
