Fanuc oi-TD not booting only on light show. Really need help

Did you repair that encoder or rewire it already ?
In the Electrical panel when you power on is there any alarms on the board or drives yous can see ?

No I don't repair the encoder but just remove the plug and then place it back. Nothing has been done to the encoder.

In the electrical panel when power on there's no alarm. Please check the attached picture, first one for the electrical panel and the second one for the screen and control panel (back of the screen)

And this how it's when you push the on bottom. You have nothing on the screen.

The Panel meaning HDMI or VDU has no power at all ?-------If you open that panel can you check connections and also in the main panel for the Fanuc and see if you took out any fuses >?

We've checked the connections and the fuse in the panel, everything was ok. We're sending the mother bord and the screen to fanuc.
