18i Error 3000 PMC-MACRO Contact ERROR random error on Tool Change

Good Morning All,

Controller is a 18i/a
Tool Changer is PMC controlled Axis
Error 3000 PMC-MACRO Contact ERROR

Random error, we can do a few tool changes and then this error is issued via controller and tool changer does not function anymore.

Any direction on what to look for would be great.

Tool changer will work intermittently from power up. Once fault shows up. we can no longer tool change until power cycle.
