CNC does not work properly without HPCC

Hello everyone (Sorry for my English), I would ask you question about my problem with CNC. It happened when memory battery lost it's charge.
If I turn on HPCC it works fine, but without it I can't use high speed. Example: If I want to make hole with diameter 52 mm by helical interpolation it makes it 50mm.
Also I made pocket and the result you can see on picture.
