Fanuc OM system hang!

We are using Fanuc OM . From last two days the panel stops responding in between running program . When it happens the total machine stops working and panel gives no output. than we have to turn off and again turn on the machine and after 15 minutes same happened again .

A week before machine showed a error 930 Cpu interrupt . But that error never came back till date .

Please help us.

Hi,

Please check the grounding of your drives and machine- this can sometimes be an issue and the noise from the high power panel causes the computer system to have issues.

The CPU interrupt is usually caused by a power supply voltage issue to the best of my understanding.

Do keep us posted if there is any development.

It seems like working . Not a single problem from last two days
